Formatting Requirements

Please ensure the following guidelines are followed when submitting your chapter:

  1. File Format:

    • Submit the chapter in [Word (.docx)] or [PDF] format.
    • For LaTeX authors, submit the source file in LaTeX format along with PDF output.
  2. Font and Size:

    • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font for text.
    • Headings: 14-point bold for chapter title, 12-point bold for section headings, and 12-point italics for subsection headings.
    • Line Spacing: 1.5 or double-spaced.
  3. Margins and Pagination:

    • Set 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides.
    • Page numbers should be in the bottom center of each page.
  4. References:

    • References should follow the [APA Style/Chicago Style] formatting.
    • Include a complete reference list at the end of the chapter.
  5. Figures and Tables:

    • All figures, tables, and illustrations should be embedded in the document.
    • Ensure figures and tables are numbered and referenced in the text (e.g., Figure 1, Table 2).
    • Provide high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi for photographs and 150 dpi for diagrams).
    • For large or complex figures, consider submitting separate files.
  6. Language and Style:

    • The chapter must be written in clear, concise, and formal academic English.
    • Follow the journal/book style guide for spelling, punctuation, and citations.
  7. Word Count:
